Two men named Mohammed Anos and Abdullah from camp 14, Sub-Block D03 and E02 were working outside the camp. On 19 July 2025, around 11:30 AM, while they were on their way to work, Three unknown people kidnapped them near the Cox’s Bazar Link Road using a CNC car. The kidnappers told them they were government officials and asked if they had CIC permission. When the men replied that they didn’t have permission the kidnappers said they needed to go to their office. Later they demanded 4 lakh Taka for their release. Finally the families paid 2 lakh Taka to the kidnappers and the men were released. However they were badly beaten and are now admitted to the MSF hospital. The kidnappers kept blaming the government during the incident. I kindly request the Bangladesh government to arrest those who are falsely using the government's name and blaming it. Please keep Mohammed Anos and Abdullah in your prayers.

Due to relentless heavy rainfall, the flooding inundates the shelters and wash away provisions and necessities, leaving families and children in hardship with nowhere to stand and sleep.

This broke my heart. A mother got a call from kidnappers demanding 200,000 Taka for her child. How can a refugee family possibly have that money?

I listened to the actual call (you can listen via attached video)- her voice, her desperation. These criminals know exactly who to target. Families who have nothing, no power, no options.

I had to share this because ignoring it won't make it go away. These kids need our voices. What's happening is wrong.
