ကျွန်တော်က နိုင်ငံခြားမှာ တခါမှ အလုပ်မလုပ်ဖူးပါဘူး။
အလုပ်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ သင်တန်းတွေတော့ Overseas မှာတက်ဖူးတယ်။ စက်သွားပြင်တယ် ပြန်လာတယ်။ Base ကတော့ မြန်မာမှာဘဲ နေပြီးတော့ လုပ်ရတယ်။
အခု ဩဇီမှာက ပထမဦးဆုံး Overseas Working Experience လို့ပြောရင်လဲရပါတယ်။

ဘာလိုလဲဆိုရင် ကိုယ်နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ အလုပ်ရှာတက်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ တွေ့သမျှ အလုပ်လျှောက်မယ် ။ ရရာအလုပ်လုပ်မယ့်ဆိုရင်တော့ ဩဇီက အဲ့လို လူတွေ အတွက် မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ Skill occupation lists ထဲက experience ရှိတဲ့ လူတွေ ဘဲ အလုပ်ဗီဇာ စပွန်ဆာ မျှော်မှန်းလို့ ရပါမယ်။ Limited ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ IELTS 5.5 လောက်မရဘူးဆိုရင် အဆင်ပြေမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

ကျွန်တော်က နိုင်ငံခြားကို အလုပ်ရှာတာ Schedule တခုချပြီးတော့ကို ရှာတာပါ။

- 1 ပတ်ကို အလုပ် 3 ခု လျှောက်နိုင်ရမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ Plan ချပါတယ်။ တွေ့သမျှ အလုပ်တိုင်းကို မလျှောက်ပါဘူး။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Experience နဲ့ 80% & above ကိုက်ညီမှ လျှောက်ပါတယ်။ Company အကြီးကြီးတွေ ရွေးပြီး မလျှောက်ပါဘူး (ဘာလို့လဲ ဆိုတော့ Company ကြီးလေ လူရွေးစရာများလေဘဲ ၊ လျှောက်လဲ ရနိုင်ခြေနည်းတယ်၊) ။ ကိုယ့်ကို Visa Sponsor ပေးနိုင်လောက်တဲ့ Company တွေ ကို Focus ထားပြီး လျှောက်တယ်။ CV form ကတော့ ပုံသေထားပြီး လျှောက်တယ်။ ပြင်ပြီးလျှောက်တာက cover letter ပါ။ ကိုယ့်လျှောက်မယ့် အလုပ်နှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေစွာ ပြန်ပြင်ရေးပါတယ်။

- 1 လပြည့်လို့မှ ကိုယ်လျှောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ အလုပ်တွေက ဘာမှ မထူးခြားလာဘူး ဆိုရင် CV Form ကို ပြန်ပြင်ပါတယ်။
လျှောက်ခဲ့တဲ့ အလုပ်တိုင်းရဲ့ JD တွေကို Excel File ထဲမှာ Save ထားပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါတွေနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီလောက်မယ့် JD တွေကို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ CV form ထဲ ကို Copy ယူပါတယ်။

- ကျွန်တော် အဓိက ရှာတဲ့ နိုင်ငံက ပထမ က Australia ပါ၊ ဒုတိယ က New Zealand ပါ။
တတိယ က Canada ပါ။ 4th က USA ပါ (အခုဆိုရင်တော့ US က မရတော့ဘူးပေါ့)
နောက်ဆုံး ဘယ်မှ မရရင် စလုံး ဘဲသွားမယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့ လဲ ရှာပါတယ်။ 😁
တချို့ကလဲ ဘာလို့ UK မရှာတာလဲမေးတယ်။ မရနိုင်ဘူးလို့ အဲ့တုန်းက ထင်ခဲ့လိုပါ။ 😜။

- ဘယ်ကတည်းက အလုပ်စရှာတာလဲ ဆိုရင် June 2021 လောက်ပေါ့။
အလုပ်ရတာက July 2022 လောက်မှာ ရတယ်။
Visa ကိစ္စ စာချုပ်ကိစ္စ တွေနဲ့ ပြင်ဆင်တာ တွေစောင့်ရတယ်။ 4 th Jan 2023 မှာ အော်စီကို ရောက်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော် လွတ်လပ်ရေး ရခဲ့တဲ့ နေ့ပေါ့ဗျာ။
ဒီ period က အလုပ်ရှာတာကို ဇောက်ချပြီး ရှာတဲ့ ဟာပါ။
ဟိုစပ်စပ် ဒီစပ်စပ် နဲ့ ရှာခဲ့တာကတော့ ကြာပါပြီ။
ဩဇီကဘဲ Interview 4 ခု ရခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စလုံးက ၂ ခုရတယ်။ လစာ အဆင်မပြေလို့ မလုပ်ဖြစ်။ ဩဇီကတော့ နောက်ဆုံးတစ်ခုမှ ဗီဇာ စပွန်ဆာပေးတာပါ။

အဲ့တော့ အလုပ်ရှာတာကအချိန်အတိုင်းအတာတခုတော့ပေးရပါတယ်။
မရသေးလို့လဲ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျစရာမရှိဘူး။ မရသေးရင် ကိုယ့်ဆီမှာ လိုအပ်ချက်ရှိနေသေးလို ဆိုပြီး ပိုကြိုးစားပါ။
နောက်တစ်ခုက Agent ငှါးပြီး လျှောက်တာ လဲ မဟုတ်သလို လက်ရှိလုပ်နေတဲ့ အလုပ်ကိုလဲ ထိခိုက်တာ တစ်ခုမှ မရှိတဲ့ အတွက် အလုပ်မရခဲ့ရင်လဲ ကိုယ့်အတွက် ဆုံးရှုံး မှု တစ်ခုမှ မရှိပါဘူး။ ဘာမြတ်သလဲဆိုရင် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်တွေကို ပြင်နိုင်တာ အမြတ်ဘဲလို့ ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ အလုပ်ရှာတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ အဲ့စိတ်ကို ထည့်ထားတယ်။
