the sashimi platter was so fresh and delicious, it was also my first time trying cuttlefish sashimi! it had a chewier texture but great flavour, and the oysters were just as fresh and clean.
also highly recommend the lobster taco 🦞 i need the sauce in a jar to take home pls
ofc couldn't leave without getting the iconic dragon egg 🐉 much more than just theatrical, it was well balanced and the caramel sauce was just divine.
