These people do not know how to cut hair at all, they completely f***** u* my sisters long hair which She had roughly a meter and 30 cm long hair it was by her knees.

And we asked for a bit of length to be cut off and then a layered haircut at the back, We didn't want them to touch her front hair for her face or anything like that because her hair is normally tied up back and we didn't want her hair to fall out of the ponytail

But when we left the salon we didn't entirely realise everything that they did until we got home and I decided to style her hair and give it a couple crawls and thwn we realised that there was a massive gap on the left side and the layers were so compact in one area.
