Starting something new can feel scary. Starting online businesses was that for me—I wasn’t sure if I could do it. But the truth is, it’s not about being perfect; it’s about taking the first step.

Imagine standing next to the sea as waves crash at your feet, storm clouds swallow the sky, and the wind whips your face.

You know you need shelter—and that's when you see a small hut nestled in the sand nearby, and one further away that's firmly built into a rocky hill. Which shelter would you choose to take cover in?

2,000 years ago, when Jesus walked this earth, He often told stories to the crowds that gathered around to hear Him teach. One day, He said to them:

"Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won't collapse because it is built on bedrock." Matthew 7:24-25 NLT

Every decision we make reinforces what we believe our support system to be. So when life's storms come, will the thing you've built your life on support you—or cause you to crumble?

Jesus' teachings have remained reliable and steadfast through social upheaval, the rise and fall of government regimes, and generations of historic change. No matter what has happened-God's Word still stands firm.

Teachings from the world, on the other hand, tend to shift with each generation. Like shifting sand, what current culture provides is usually unstable because its values are constantly changing.

Storms are inevitable and challenges will come, but you get to choose your foundation. You can choose to make Jesus the one thing you build your life upon, or you can choose whatever habit, idea, or desire feels good and accessible in the moment.

Today, what will you build your life upon?

Wishing everyone a blessed and joyous Sunday!

It was truly unforgettable night at Vivid Sydney 2024! The city came alive with dazzling lights, mesmerizing drone shows, and a kaleidoscope of colors. Watching the wonder and excitement on the faces of kids (and kids at heart!) was pure joy.

I'm deeply grateful for these precious moments spent together. Our lovely evening walk reminded me of the countless blessings we receive from our Heavenly Father every day—our time, our talents, and the treasures we hold dear. 🙏😘❤️

Strength and honor are her clothing; she is confident about the future. Her mouth is full of wisdom; kindly teaching is on her tongue. She is vigilant over the activities of her household; she doesn’t eat the food of laziness - Proverbs 31:25-27

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we celebrate Mother's Day, we come before you with hearts full of gratitude for the incredible mothers in our lives. Today, we lift up all mothers in prayer, knowing the immense love and sacrifices they make each day.

We thank you for the strength you've instilled in them, for the courage to face challenges head-on, and for the tenderness they show in every embrace. Bless them, Father God, with the wisdom to guide their children with love and grace, even in the midst of uncertainty.

Grant them moments of rest and rejuvenation, for their load can often feel heavy. Remind them, Father, that their efforts are not in vain, and that every hug, every kiss, and every whispered prayer has a profound impact.

Help us, Father, to honor and support the mothers in our lives, to lift them up when they're weary, and to celebrate their victories, no matter how small. May they feel appreciated not just today, but every day, for the miracles they work in our lives.

As we reflect on the gift of motherhood, may we all be inspired to show more love, kindness, and understanding, not only to our mothers but to all women who nurture and care for others.

In Hebrews 3:4-6, the writer reminds us of the incredible importance of Jesus in our lives. Jesus is not just any builder; He's the architect and mastermind behind everything. Every corner of creation, every twist and turn of our lives, He meticulously designed with love and purpose.

When we feel like life's storms are shaking the very foundation of our existence, remember that Jesus is our anchor. He's not just a temporary fixer-upper; He's the solid rock upon which we can build our lives, our hopes, and our dreams.

But here's the beautiful part: we're not just mere bystanders in this grand design. We are part of His masterpiece, His beloved creation. He didn't just create us and leave us to fend for ourselves. No, He invites us to be co-workers, co-builders in His kingdom.

Imagine being entrusted with such a divine task! It's both humbling and empowering. It means that every moment of our lives, every interaction, every decision, has the potential to be infused with eternal significance.

A full head-to-toe spa treatment with steam and sauna, all while cruising the waves on a ship! 😍🚢

Moments like these remind me of just how far a little dedication, faith, hard work, and prayers can take you. With the support of modern technology, even just dedicating a consistent minimum of one hour of work each day can yield incredible results. ⚡

It's not just about the material luxuries or the extravagant experiences. It's about the freedom. Instead of constantly worrying about borrowing money or counting down the days until the next payday, I've learned to ask myself a different question: What can I do right now to create a future where I don't have to rely solely on my work income? 🤔

And let me tell you, that shift in mindset has made all the difference. It's opened up a world of possibilities and allowed me to dream bigger. So today, as I sit here feeling grateful beyond words, I want to encourage you to embrace the power of technology and entrepreneurship. 💪
