Industry jargon exists for one reason: to make simple concepts sound sophisticated enough to justify [insert price here].

When it comes to AI, which is already demanding mental bandwidth most businesses and people don’t have, unnecessary terminology creates barriers to adoption. So let’s translate some tech without the complexity theatre.

MCP: Model Context Protocol
Sounds commplicaed. It’s not.
MCP is the connection between your LLM account and your tech stack. The critical difference? It’s YOUR LLM—the Claude or ChatGPT account that knows your business context, your projects, your workflow patterns.

This is fundamentally different from an API integration, which connects AI intelligence to tools without your specific context. APIs give you the model’s capabilities. MCP gives you the model’s capabilities informed by everything it knows about your business.

As our founder likes to put it:

Anthropic just dropped a massive update. “Connectors” lets YOUR Claude account access and take action across your entire workflow. No more copy-pasting between apps / a million screenshots to show context / switching between 45 open tabs. Use cases are pretty vast and time saved is astronomical.

The gap between LLMs and actual agents just got a lot smaller.

A few days ago I predicted GPT integration with agents would one of the key developments we would see in the second half of 2025. Today OpenAI delivered Agent Mode - here’s what it actually does:

🔧 What it is: Unified system combining ChatGPT + Operator + Deep Research
🛠️ How it works:
•⁠ ⁠Visual browser (clicks & scrolls)
•⁠ ⁠Text browser (efficient reasoning)
•⁠ ⁠Terminal access (runs code)
•⁠ ⁠API connections (Gmail, Drive, etc.)

⚡ What it can do: End-to-end workflows from planning to ex*****on
🚨 Key difference: Agent Mode = linear tasks. Agentic workflows = complex multi-agent collaboration

Something tells me GPT-5 will incorporate this feature heavily and it’s not accident that they released this BEFORE the long awaited new model.

Building a website for an AI agency / business model that doesn’t exist yet was obscure but rewarding. I’ve come to appreciate what a difficult client I am but there is nothing I love more in the world than creating - though my standards for both form and function are irrationally high - and we’re living in a time where truly whatever you can imagine can be materialised 🪄 For now it’s pixels soon it will be particles (if you make it through the entire post this waffle will make sense) - while this was another great excuse to turn MxM into a test dummy for more AI best practices, I also built it with the future front of mind 🏛️🔮

Another video about building websites with AI 🥱🥱🥱

Bare with me because I’m NOT going to tell you this can be done in 10 minutes 🪄 this was a complex and grueling process but given I own an AI agency, it deserves a website that looks like I went and dragged it back here from 2055. Consider this a rundown of the good, the bad and the 🐂💩

I’ll be getting into the nitty gritty in an upcoming post but I am HELL BENT on actually showing was is and isn’t possible with the tools out there, NOT a cute little ”how to” clip with trending audio that would never be replicable in real life.

This process is also reason #3963963 why AI is nowhere near replacing human beings 🙄🤦‍♀️ A mind-numbing conversation I have daily.

I started a business. At 23 years old. Without a frontal lobe. This should not be allowed.

But I wouldn’t change a 👏 damn 👏 thing 👏 as a reformed party girl (not by choice, the pandemic killed our nightlife 🥲) I just changed the backdrop of my lunacy - benders and business; same chaos, different fonts.

This month, the business is about to turn 4 🥹 and I am about to turn 27 (of course, we’re both Aquarians ♒️) and I am gifting myself a brand new podcast where I will be channelling my talent for talking into a video pod all about life post-pandemic, business, dating, nightlife, AI (of course), food (I go from Barbie to Carbie min once a day), the art of being a good friend, the future, crypto (a.k.a astrology for men), self-employment (it’s not for everyone), neuroscience (from someone who has treated their internal medical cabinet like a crack den), etc, etc. Basically, it’s about being human (and hilarious - I’m funnier than I look), as the tenured Dr Phil friend to everyone in my life, all my life, I’m taking these words of wisdom to the streets. Think of me as your cool, rich, drunk fairy Godmogul 💋

I know it feels like the 57th of January given all the “unprecedented” (now, ironically, a word completely redundant in meaning) events that have already unfolded in 2025. However, I would like to remind everyone that we are only one month in to our fabulous new year - which I have taken it upon myself to christen 💪 the year is still your oyster 🦪 so use this prompt immediately 🚨 engineered by yours truly, having cherry-picked prompting styles and instructions I’ve seen / tested / loved.

I am both artificially; blonde & intelligent 👱‍♀️🤖 If you’re new to using AI (I presume you’ve just surfaced from the rock you’ve been presiding under or a Y2K bunker… and if that’s the case I suggest you swiftly return the way things are looking out here) or you’re as hyper fixated as I am, drop everything and deploy this 🧨��This prompt is having your own personal wingman for success as well as giving my ADHD the precise structure it needs - I feel like I made myself earplugs for headnoise 🤤 It also breaks things down during the day because we’re all in the hellscape of a perpetual inbox abyss and the human brain was NOT designed for this 😵‍💫��Just filling out the questions was an extremely constructive exercise in isolation. It’s so important to ask ourselves what we want and where we’re going. While I would have preferred a verbal rant… which is realistically incoming (the Sydney hail storm got in the way), here’s everything you need to know about DeepSeek 🐳 their logo is delightfully ironic given the impact of their entry into the industry - turning Silicon to Saline Valley 🤭 rest assured will be on this case as DeepSeek gains popularity and (very possibly) industry dominance. As well as anything and everything else that goes on with the Artificially Intelligent.
