THE CLIENT
Our clients, a young family have knowledge of the buying process but when it came to buying in the Inner West, they saw the benefit of engaging a buyers agent that had the relationship and knowledge of the area. The goal was to enter the Inner West market now before the market kept raising and they missed the boat.
THE JOURNEY
While in the process of selling their investment property, we started by exploring all opportunities from renovated to un-renovated, different school catchments, different suburbs of the Inner West and fine tuning the brief each week. The final weeks of the search, we had shortlisted 2 properties. We deep dived heavily into the due diligence and the pros/cons of each property, giving our clients peace of mind.
THE SUCCESS
Once we determined our first preference, we submitted our pre-auction offer knowing it was a significant gap to close. We remained optimistic and after a couple of days between .nolan and us negotiating, we got it over the line.
Our clients now have a home they can move into when the time is right for their family and we can not be more grateful to have been a part of this special journey for a very special family close to the heart!
