Rosé stopped by the 'Howard Stern Show' for a solo showcase. The Blackpink singer brought her own hit single, the Bruno Mars-assisted “APT.,” but also whipped up a fusion of two songs from two distinct artists.

In a medley performance, Rosé pulled from Lana Del Rey‘s “Norman Fu***ng Rockwell” and Paul Simon‘s “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover” to create the bluesy cover record “50 Ways to Leave Your Norman.”

ALBUM REVIEW
When Doja Cat decides to go Eighties, she doesn’t mess around. On 'Vie', Doja devotes an entire album to the pop and R&B sounds of the Hair Decade, an album full of pastels and neon and mega-cheese sax solos.

Doja couldn’t sound further from the rap bluster she displayed on 'Scarlet'. On 'Vie', she veers closer to the high-gloss pop of her breakthrough albums 'Planet Her' and 'Hot Pink' — yes, the albums she later repudiated as “mediocre pop” done as a “cash grab.” (Nobody renounces her own hit albums faster.) But it’s the sound of Doja Cat at her most playful and unpredictable.

Judas Priest and Ozzy Osbourne trade lyrics about power and exploitation on their newly released duet of Black Sabbath‘s “War Pigs.” The release marks the first posthumous musical appearance from Osbourne since his death at the age of 76 in July.

“It’s the first ever time in my entire life that I’ve been able to do a duet with Ozzy, and I’m so eternally grateful and blessed that I was able to do that."

In front of nearly 100,000 fans, Snoop’s arrival for the AFL Grand Final at MCG on Saturday carried all the swagger you’d expect.

But it was the fusion of global star power and homegrown talent that made the performance more than just a novelty booking.

ALBUM REVIEW
Olivia Dean’s star power is radiant and fueled by more than just charisma. She grooves in perfect time with an expertly assembled band, navigating through blaring trumpets, trombones, and saxophones with a delicate attention to detail and synchronicity.

At 26, Dean doesn’t purport to have mastered the art of loving. In fact, she’d be the first to admit that most of her findings have been inconclusive, or flat-out wrong. But she is having a damn good time trying.

Leonardo DiCaprio was happy to witness a special moment at Oasis‘ show in Los Angeles earlier this month. In a new interview, the actor expressed his excitement about seeing the Gallagher brothers perform a cover of a Beatles‘ song in front of Paul McCartney himself.

"And Paul McCartney was actually there, and I think they sang a Beatles song. I remember I was in the section next to him and the whole sort of stadium looked back at Paul and clapped for Paul too which was which was awesome.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs spent a chunk of his time in jail over the past year instructing his fellow inmates in the ways of business management, entrepreneurship, and, apparently, how to be more like Sean “Diddy” Combs.

A description and curriculum for the course, dubbed “Free Game With Diddy,” was submitted to the court this week, along with testimonials from Combs’ students and a positive evaluation of the class from the jail’s Unit Counselor.

“Notably, the evaluation acknowledges Mr. Combs as a tutor, gives him the highest possible ratings and concludes with ‘excellent class, keep up the great work.’"

A London court tossed out the terror case against Kneecap’s Mo Chara, with a judge ruling that the charge against the Belfast rapper was not properly filed.

The rapper Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh was accused of displaying a Hezbollah flag on stage at a November 2024 Kneecap concert in London. But the London Metropolitan Police weren’t made aware of the alleged incident until April 2025, after Kneecap sparked controversy for their criticism of Israel and the war in Gaza during their set at Coachella. Ó hAnnaidh was then charged in May.

President Donald Trump came within a hair’s width of death on Tuesday, when an escalator at the United Nations headquarters briefly stalled in an act of intentional sabotage, leaving him exposed to the mercy of a theoretical assassin’s bullet. At least that’s how Trump’s supporters and right-wing commentators are imagining it.

The White House responded with ire, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt writing later on Tuesday that “if someone at the U.N. intentionally stopped the escalator as the President and First Lady were stepping on, they need to be fired and investigated immediately.”
