Hey procrastinators!

Here is the tip:

1. If it is urgent give a call.

2. And if it is important write it down.

Urgent example:
- Sick calls before going at work, give a call
- running late for work,
- Medical Emergency, call

Important example:
- Holiday / Vacation ; write a email to HR
- Need appointment; write or book

The most important is your goals. Write it down.

When we write anything, it does not fade away and we can remember as it’s always fresh and act towards it.

Post if you are confused.

Post if you think, you are wrong.

Post it “nothing” if you have nothing.

Post your fear about posting it.

CLEAR GOAL SETTING FORMULA!

1. Decide what you want.

2. Decide when you want it by. (create a deadline)

3. Make a list of EVERYTHING you need to do to achieve your goal. (Create an ACTION PLAN)

4. Put this list in order of what needs to be done first, second, third.. ETC...

5. Make a list of any help you might need from other people..

6. Contact those people and ASK FOR HELP..

7. If they cant help you find someone else who can. DONT STOP ASKING..

8. Find yourself an accountability partner. This is a person who can hold you ACCOUNTABLE and keep you focused on your goals...

9. Read your goals ONCE A DAY!!!

10. Rinse and Repeat.
