s a globally syndicated mix show bringing you the best in RnB, Hip Hop, Dance, and global grooves — curated with over 30 years of broadcasting expertise. Chris began his journey co-hosting with Mista C on Australia’s first community Hip Hop and RnB station, Pump FM 99.3 Sydney, which relaunched in late 1998 as Dance Radio 99.3FM and evolved into Dance FM 94.5 by August 2000. He later joined DJ-FM 87.6FM, a 24/7 Dance station broadcasting to Sydney’s CBD and Inner Suburbs under Robert’s Media Group. Chris was a key voice alongside legendary DJs like Frank Chiment, Joe Avati, and Rob Brizzi, backed by sponsors including Central Station Records, Telstra, Carlton & United, Noizenet, Pulse Music, and SBA Music. His most defining chapter came with Groove FM, where he hosted weekday and weekend breakfast shows and served as music assistant to Darren Leigh during Groove’s 96.9FM and 94.5FM Sydney runs (Oct 1999, May 2000, Dec 2000–Jan 2001). He later launched Groove FM 97.3 in Brisbane in August 2000, hosting the breakfast show and programming with Fez Lateef and Adrian Day. Groove’s style was so influential it led to a national compilation release, A Selection of Groove Vol. 1, through Universal Music Australia. Chris’s radio resume spans 16 stations as a permanent presenter and 200+ syndicated via ComRad Satellite, including:
