Type Associates Type Associates was formed in 1993 initially to provide typographic services to a core group of mainly designer clients.

Today, Type Associates offers logotype and graphic design services as well as specialist font customising to the advertising, press and print industries. Since 1997, our Eumundi Sans Family has been marketed through the Agfa Monotype Creative Alliance Library. More recently, the larger collection enjoyed successful promotion through MyFonts, Monotype Imaging, You Work For Them and Fontspring. Type

Associates is constantly adding new typeface designs to its collection with an emphasis on practical, enduring designs, now numbering in excess of 130 fonts. In 2006 we added a 4-font family Billabong which ultimately became the basis for a logo for Instagram. Although since redesigned the logo still bears the unique trappings of Billabong's quirkiness.
