লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল রেদোয়ানকে সেনাবাহিনী থেকে ব'র'খা'স্ত করে তার বিচার দেশের প্রচলিত আইনে করতে হবে। এই কু'খ্যা'ত খু'নির বিচার না করলে সেনাবাহিনীর গায়ে ক'লঙ্কে'র দাগ থেকে যাবে।

Mosque and 146 Muslim Homes Demolished in Golaghat, Assam, After Final Friday Prayers

In Assam’s Golaghat district, the last Friday prayers were held yesterday at a mosque. Following the prayers, the final supplication was marked by worshippers’ tears, creating a deeply emotional atmosphere inside the mosque.

Local sources report that, alongside this mosque, the Indian government has demolished the homes of at least 146 Muslim families. It is alleged that their only “crime” is being Muslim and speaking the Bengali language. To the hardline faction of Assam’s ruling BJP, they are considered “so-called Bangladeshis.”

On August 6, local authorities announced over loudspeakers that these Muslim families must vacate the area. Human rights groups state that, even before this, hundreds of thousands of Muslims in Assam have been displaced.

The eviction drive has sparked extreme fear across the area. Human rights activists say such actions incite religious discrimination and ethnic hatred, posing a serious threat to social peace and harmony.
