Submissions are now open for NIFFA 2026- National Indian Film Festival of Australia, the first and only national annual celebration of Indian cinema in Australia.

We’re inviting features, shorts, documentaries, indies and student/debut films from anywhere in the world that connect to India, the Indian diaspora or Indo-Australian stories.

Pitch, funding & distribution opportunities:
• Short Film Completion Fund
• ANZ Distribution Offer
• New Co-Production Pitch

Key eligibility notes:
• Relevant to Indian / Indo-Australian themes
• Not publicly available online
• Must qualify as an Australian premiere
