Still a battle between Modena, Bologna, and Castelfranco Emilia, each claiming it was born in their kitchens. Ask a Modenese, and they’ll swear it’s theirs. Ask a Bolognese, and you’ll hear the exact same thing! But one thing everyone agrees on: the tortellino was born in Emilia, crafted with love, filled with rich meats, and sealed with tradition ❤️ Just don’t confuse it with the cappelletto from Romagna... it’s bigger, cheesier, and a whole different story! 🇮🇹

100% Italian approved! I have never eaten pasta with fork and spoon and it's not the way I was tought to eat it but... Yes, you CAN eat pasta with a fork and spoon, that’s how my nonno and his generation did it! There’s nothing wrong with it... I find it classy, elegant, and beautiful!

There are some dishes that don’t need explaining…They just take you straight back to the table! PASTA ALLE VONGOLE is one of those. I grew up eating this on simple family lunches, when the pasta was hot, the wine was cold, and nobody was in a rush to leave.

Just clams, garlic, parsley, lemon, extra virgin olive oil... nothing fancy. But when you cook it the Italian way, the sauce turns naturally creamy and every bite tastes like the sea ❤️ This is my all-time favourite pasta. I could honestly eat it every single day!

I didn’t expect THIS from a supermarket pandoro 👀

This Woolworths pandoro is made in Italy, super moist, packed with vanilla flavour… and only $20.

Is it the best? No. But for the price? It honestly surprised me.
