One of our good old punk mates in Melbourne, Markus is gonna run 200kms to raise much needed cash for ASPECT. ASPECT is an organisation that works with and supports persons living on the Autism spectrum. A cause that’s very dear to our hearts here at INNERCITY UPRISING. We know times are tough but if anyone’s got some spare bucks and wanna donate to a good cause, this is it. You claim it all back on tax too.

How good was that!! Killer night in old Sydney town last night. Huge shout out to all the support bands, DISSECT, BLOOD TRAILS, BODY MELT, INEBRIOUS BASTARD, BLIGHT WORMS and BACKHAND. Big thanks to BUBSY from GRINDHEAD RECORDS who helped run the show, much appreciated brother. A MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE thanks to the legendary BEANFLIPPER for making the trip up and putting on an MASSIVE show. That was one heavy set! Thanks also to MATTI BEANFLIPPER for all the hard work and all our lovely phone calls about life and politics, love your work mate. To all the peeps in the crowd, you rule! This s**t isn’t possible without you, so thanks for turning up, supporting all the bands and making this one hell of a night…and as usual cheers to the all staff and team at the CROWBAR for your hospitality! Time to nurse this tinnitus for a few days! Cheers everyone!

Stoked to announce that INNERCITY UPRISING will be releasing the debut 12” vinyl release for Sydney hooligans COMPOUND. The LP features the early original demo tracks plus a stack of newer tracks that were recorded later. 150 are being pressed in total on both black and coke bottle green vinyl.
