house music legend Jamie Jones just supported my unreleased track“Locura”… but there’s a story behind this one.

Around this time last year, I decided to properly focus on house music and finding my own sound.

One of the tracks I made was “Sipping Spritz”, which I sent to Jamie for Hot Creations. He came back with some encouraging feedback and told me to keep sending more music. That message stuck with me.

For anyone outside the house music world, Jamie Jones is one of the biggest names in the scene, co-founder of Hot Creations and founder of Paradise.

Fast forward almost a year and “Locura” started from a vocal arixxsaviour sent me for a collab. I ended up taking it in a completely different direction, keeping the vocal and rebuilding the track around the house sound I’ve been developing.

After months of working on my sound, “Locura” was the first new track I decided to properly send out to DJs.

And the first person I sent it to was Jamie Jones.

This time, he supported it.

Looking back at where I was this time last year, this one feels pretty special.

Big love to everyone who keeps supporting the journey.

Still a long way to go, but we’re heading in the right direction.
