Six months ago we made one promise: we would name every woman serial killer Christopher Wilder took, and give the families still living with the loss the voice no one ever offered them.

People warned us it was cruel to ask. They were wrong. These women’s mothers, sisters and daughters had been waiting decades for someone to ask — and no one ever had.

The world remembers nine. We believe it’s closer to thirty. Tips are landing from 165 countries. Police forces are working leads that came out of this investigation. The list is still growing.
