Sound NSW’s Contemporary Music Development Grants are back!!! 🤘🏻🎶

Whether you’re an artist looking to record and promote new music, or a music industry organisation looking to grow, you could be eligible for funding across four programs:

👉 First Nations Creative and Professional Development grants – funding up to $30,000

👉 Recording, Content and Promotion grants – funding up to $30,000

👉 First Nations Industry Development grants – funding up to $150,000

👉 Industry Development grants - funding up to $150,000

The Contemporary Music Development Grants will support career sustainability for artists and acts to create and promote new music, enable music organisations to deliver significant sector development projects and offer dedicated programs to support First Nations artists, acts and organisations essen...

𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 — a permanent basic income of €325 ( $570 AU) a week for 2,200 musicians and artists starting in 2026.
