Our family just gained its newest and smallest team member!

Henry John Winston Brisby 🩵

We are beyond thrilled to announce the arrival of our baby boy, who made his debut at 5:46 am on Friday the 11th, weighing in at a healthy 3.61 kg. Mum and bub are both doing incredible, his big sister is already in love, and our hearts could not be fuller.

Taking a quick moment to soak up the newborn snuggles and family time before jumping back into open homes and client calls. Thank you to all our wonderful clients and community for the ongoing support!

What the national news is saying about property right now doesn't match what’s actually happening in Taree. 📍

Metro headlines love talking about shifting rates and cooling markets. But on the ground here in the Manning Valley, the picture is completely different.

Here’s what’s really happening right now:

Stock remains tight: Especially in the entry to mid price bracket under $600k.

Buyer demand is active: Local first-home buyers and out-of-area downsizers are actively competing for well-presented homes.

Pricing accuracy is everything: Properties presented well and priced realistically aren’t sitting on the market, they’re seeing strong open home numbers and multiple offers within their first couple of weeks.

Real estate is hyper-local. What’s happening in Sydney or Melbourne has very little to do with what a 3-bedroom brick home in Taree West will sell for this weekend.

📩 Want to know where your property sits in today’s local market?

Drop me a DM with your street name, and I’ll send you a confidential, updated sales report of what comparable properties have actually traded for in your immediate area.
