🚁A wonderful, fun evening was had by all who attended the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service - Official Site - Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service - Tenterfield Support Group 2025 Gala Dinner fundraising Auction.

🚁 The auctioneers were hysterically funny as always, providing so much entertainment to get the bids going to raise funds for an incredible cause.

🚁THANK YOU to everyone who attended and dug deep to help fundraising for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter - a health service that is critical for our region.

💜It was such a privilege to hang out with the incredible Ashah Hillier from Tenterfield High School and hear all about her speech "Filling his shoes" - paying tribute to the late Jackson Clarke. Ashah delivered the speech as part of the Plain English Speaking Award final competition.

A few weeks back, the Tenterfield Jam and Scone Orchestra hosted the magnificent event, the New England Uke Muster!

What a weekend it was.... It all started on Friday Evening with a lovely intimate afternoon concert in the park. On Saturday the MPU at Tenterfield High came alive with music, fun and laughter as the Uke Muster went into full swing - showcasing some amazing groups - Ballina Paradise Pluckers, The String Section - Moree, THe Ukelarrikins, High Country Friends Armidale and the Gunnedha Uke-alypts - just to name a few!

All of the groups played some really great songs, and everyone had a singalong - it truly was wonderful.

Then - on Saturday Evening - the Tenterfield School of Arts was filled to the brim for the open mic night, where the artists could perform solo - or in groups, another fun filled event in the muster that had toes tapping and everyone singing along.

THANK YOU to the Jam & Scone Orchestra group, to all of the volunteers - and to everyone who travelled to either perform or spectate - it was an incredible event, and so wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying music and great company 💜

This weekend coming Tenterfield hosts the New England Uke Muster - and I’m honoured to be chosen to be the MC for this amazing event!

🚨FREE PERFORMANCE IN THE PARK FRIDAY ARVO!

🎉 This Friday from 5.30pm - there will be a FREE public performance with the ukulele crew performing in Bruxner Park - come along and hear some great tunes and unwind from the week 😀

🌭The Tenterfield Lions Club will be there cooking up some sausages - so bring along a few $$$ and enjoy a snag while listening to some great tunes

It was a lovely Morning at our town Australia Day Ceremony - with thanks to Tenterfield Show Society& Tenterfield Shire Council and all others who contributed to make this celebration.

🇦🇺 The formal ceremony included a welcome to country, Australia Day blessing, great speeches and the Australia Day awards.
