๐ญ Winter Holiday Workshop Update ๐ญ

If youโve already signed up, weโll be in touch directly to offer a credit toward the September workshop (plus a little bonus thank-you gift!) or a full refund if preferred.
Thanks for your continued support - we canโt wait to bring more magic to the stage with you soon. ๐ซ

Mashed Theatre Inc. is a Not For Profit Organisation and Touring Theatre Company dedicated to bringing opportunities to young and aspiring artists around Queensland, New South Wales, and Northern Territory - from metropolitan to far regional and remote communities.
We believe fundamentally in Quality Arts Education - No Matter Your Postcode, and mirror that ideology through our in-school endeavours. Providing bespoken workshops, artist in-residencies, and teacher professional developments to make stronger connections with students and teachers in far regional and remote areas of Australia - letting them know that the Arts isnโt out of reach. We arenโt just about creating great artists, weโre about inspiring great people.
We have 8 in-school productions. 5 Secondary School productions, and 3 Primary to early Secondary ones too. Our secondary shows are tailored to your work program, ensuring that through entertainment, we are covering a criteria and tackling it in a creative, exciting and often hilarious way. Our Primary School productions are a reflection on our ethos - Quality Arts Education - and as we grow as a company, we are also looking at how we can improve upon what Arts Education entails. Alongside Art For Earthlings, a collaborative partner of ours, we have three environmentally conscious shows for young people to consume with wide eyes, each focusing on different ways they can improve their quality of living, sustainability practices, and more!
But if thatโs not enough, Mashed Theatre Inc. are looking into how we can provide more for communities, theatre groups, and schools. Our community engagement focuses on providing skills and tools actors and artists can use to incorporate into their own creative careers - this is accomplished through pop-up workshops helped funded by Regional Arts Development Funds of those regions - giving those artists the opportunity to not only work on their craft, but meet other like minded artists.
We also are providing plenty of free resources for artists, teachers, and literary nerds on our social media platforms, looking into developing a series of youtube videos, podcasts, blogs, and more.
Weโre very excited for 2020 and what it will bring!
