Final install of the year! Part of a full bathroom reno, I got to add a linen closet with laundry hamper below. Thanks to for helping with the lift, wasn’t easy getting into such a narrow gap! Can’t wait to see it once the customer has painted the doors.

Woodworkers have a bad habit of collecting timber they never use. I’ve been guilty of that at times but for this client commission I got to use some of the African mahogany I’ve been drying. The client didn’t want it oiled which doesn’t do any favours for the insta post, but you can use your imagination. Making boxes is the best!

A client asked if I could add a storage solution that’d double as a bed, to fit this seating area. We came up with a simple design and I got to work.
He was moored in Townsville for only a few weeks so the clock was ticking but I got it done in time. Unfortunately it still took longer than I was expecting, so I didn’t make a big profit on it. I’ve got the full story on my YouTube channel now!
