Feeling inspired by , I whipped up a batch of delicious sausage rolls! Made with flaky puff pastry and packed with flavourful mince from McLennan’s Butchery in Scottsdale—gotta love top-quality Tassie produce. Finished them off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds because, as says, it makes them fancy 🫔❤️

WARNING - DELICIOUS COOKIE RECIPE. If you are the lover of BIG OOEY GOOEY CHOC CHIP COOKIES, here's a recipe for you. You are welcome 🍪❤️Enjoy

320g Butter
275g Brown Sugar
120g Caster Sugar
3 eggs
360g Self Raising Flour
250g Plain Flour
25g Cornflour
10g BiCarb Soda
300g Small Chocolate Chips
300g Large Chocolate Melts or chopped block Chocolate

Preheat oven to 200 °c
Place 160g of butter in saucepan, melt over medium heat until butter is brown and nutty. Cool to room temperature. Once cool, transfer to stand mixer bowl and add 160g remaining butter. Mix until smooth and creamy, add brown and caster sugars, and mix until well combined.
Add eggs, flours, and bicarb soda - mix only until combined - DO NOT OVERMIX. Add chocolate chips/melts and mix by hand.
Divide your mix into 150gm balls (makes 12-14 BIG cookies) and place on lined trays.
Bake @ 200° c for 12-15 mins. Cool on tray or break in half while still warm and enjoy all that ooey gooey chocolate chip deliciousness ❤️
