Iโ€™m the founder and architect of Branding in a Box, leading my small marketing agency of multi-disciplinary right + left-brain thinkers, from epic global locations and combining creativity and smart strategy to tell incredible brand stories. I jumped into the fitness industry in 2004 with a small Personal Training Studio and outdoor Bootcamp business in beautiful Port Douglas and evolved to manage big box gyms for Fitness First in Australia. In 2017, I was recruited to lead the project development, operations and strategy of the very new integrated yoga/fitness movement that launched in Australia in 2017 called TotalFusion. Together we created a new style of fitness studio which triggered my love for sharing content and marketing that disrupts the health and fitness industry. With a passion for authentic connection, and a desire to shine a light on people doing meaningful work, I founded my small agency of passionate and creative storytellers. Together we work with organisations and brands in creating marketing that makes a difference so that our clients are seen in authentic and powerful ways. I flew to Newcastle a couple of weeks ago to meet a client. He's a great client. And honestly? He's become a friend.

That's how I work.

I feel like most agencies keep it transactional... but that's never been me.

Here's the thing: we're not cookie-cutter. We don't do templates. We ask where you are, where you want to go, and how we can help you get there.

I know it's "too much" to go all in. To care this much. To be this invested.

But honestly? That's why my clients stay. For years. Because I'm part of them and they're part of me.

My team's the same. We're all in.

But when I look at their funnel, here's what I see:

โŒ An offer that's unclear
โŒ A landing page with 6 different CTAs
โŒ No follow-up system
โŒ Pricing that confuses instead of converts
โŒ No actual process from enquiry to member

Honestly? More ads will just expose these problems faster.

Here's the thing: ads amplify what's already working. If your funnel isn't converting at 10 enquiries a month, it won't convert at 100 enquiries a month.

Fix the foundation first. Then scale.
