These days way too many seem to think kind and nice are synonyms. They are NOT interchangeable ❌

Kindness does not have to wheal pleasant. There’s a difference and that doesn’t make you a bad person! In fact, wouldn’t you rather be LOVED for who you truly are?

If someone is liked by everyone, remember that person is usually not being authentic. Food for thought!

How do you deal with the greys and white hairs as you age? 👵

With turning 50 this year 🙈 the time has come to stop dying my hair dark brown and let the greys and whites slowly blend in 😅

Having naturally curly hair my amazing hairdresser Carol Regeling has been cutting my hair since we met around 5 ish years ago now 👏🏼 adore you, Carol 💇🏻‍♀️ and when I discussed what I wanted she was more than happy to help 🫶🏼

What an amazing job 🙌🏽 this feels like a great start to blending in my greys and whites! Who knew being 49, nearly 50 would feel this fabulous? 🤩

Cannot stop thinking about Fiji! 🇫🇯 The people. The slower lifestyle. The not having to think of every single meal, drink, and snack 🤭
