I honestly don’t even know what to say… 🥹

I am beyond grateful to share that I have been named a Top 10 Finalist in the Emerging AusMumpreneur of the Year Award.

As a business owner, mum, and someone who has poured absolutely everything into building Assistive Sister, this recognition means more than I can put into words. There have been so many long days, late nights, sacrifices, and moments of doubt, but today I’m taking a moment to stop and be proud of how far I’ve come.

To be recognised at a national level is something I never imagined when I started this journey.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, encouraged me, and believed in me along the way. Every client, friend, family member and supporter has played a part in this achievement.

No matter what happens from here, being a Top 10 Finalist is something I’ll always be incredibly proud of.

🤍 An Exciting Update from Assistive Sister

We’re incredibly grateful to share that Assistive Sister is officially at capacity once again!

As a one woman business, this milestone means so much. It reflects the trust our clients place in us and the incredible support we’ve received from this amazing community.

One thing that still amazes me is that Assistive Sister has never relied on paid advertising to grow. Every client has come through referrals, recommendations and word of mouth. On average, we receive around one new referral every week, and that’s something I will never take for granted.

It reminds me every single week that good people really do support good people.

To every client who has trusted Assistive Sister, every person who has recommended our business, shared our posts or simply cheered us on…

Thank you.

You’ve helped build Assistive Sister into something I could only have dreamed of.

Being at capacity means my focus is now on continuing to deliver the exceptional level of service, communication and support that my existing clients know and expect.

It also means The Assistive Sister Way will be launching a little later than originally planned. I’m so excited to share it with you, and I want to make sure it receives the time and attention it deserves.

If you’ve been thinking about working with Assistive Sister, please don’t let this discourage you from reaching out. While new projects may need to wait for availability, I’d still love to hear from you and discuss how we may be able to work together in the future.

Important Notice

It has been brought to my attention this morning that due to an unexpected issue with our website hosting provider, our website and email services were offline from approximately 3:00 pm on Friday 10 July until 5:00 pm on Monday 13 July.

Unfortunately, this means that any emails sent to us during this period were not received.

As this occurred over the weekend, and I have a strict no work emails policy outside of business hours to maintain a healthy work life balance, I was completely unaware there was an issue until our hosting company contacted me this morning.

If you sent an email during this time and haven't received a response, please know this was absolutely unintentional, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.

If you're still waiting to hear from me, I'd really appreciate it if you could resend your email, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Just a quick heads up that we’re currently being affected by the widespread Telstra outage.

Unfortunately, this has impacted our internet connection at the Assistive Sister office, along with our phone system and mobile service. This means you may experience difficulty reaching us by phone or there may be delays in responding to calls and messages.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while Telstra works to restore services.

If you need to get in touch and can’t reach us by phone, please send us an email or message us through our social media channels, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able.

In just a few short weeks, I’ve received my second award nomination, this time for Business Elite’s TOP 40.

As the founder of Assistive Sister, this recognition means so much. What started as a vision to support businesses, allied health professionals, and entrepreneurs with the systems, structure, and support they need to thrive has grown into something truly special.

This nomination isn’t just about me. It’s about every client who has trusted me, every referral, every late night, every lesson learned, and every challenge overcome. Building a business while raising a family, navigating life’s ups and downs, and continuing to show up each day has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.

To be recognised alongside other exceptional leaders and innovators is an honour, and I am excited to see what comes next.

✨ A Quick Update from Assistive Sister ✨

We wanted to share a little update with our wonderful community 💕

Due to an exciting internal restructure and a very full workload, we are temporarily closing our books to new clients. At this stage, we don’t have the capacity to take on any additional work — however, this is absolutely a positive pause, not a permanent one.

We’re thrilled to share that we have a new team member joining us next week, and once everything is settled and systems are flowing smoothly, we’ll be reopening our books again.

This is a really exciting (and happy!) time for Assistive Sister, and we’re incredibly grateful for the love, trust, and support we continue to receive from our clients and community.

We do kindly ask for your patience if there are any slight delays at the moment — we’re navigating a significant business transition while continuing to support our existing clients at the highest level.
