I'm invitinvg everyone to join me in a Grayscale smartphone challenge.. setting your phone to greyscape colours only, removes a massive amount of the visual distraction and pull phones can have that cause doomscrolling..

Here's how to do it on both Android and iOS phones..

For Android phones :
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on Accessibility.
3. Look for and select Color and motion, Display & Text Size, or a similar option.
4. Tap on Color correction or Color Filters.
5. Toggle on the Grayscale option.

For iOS phones:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on Accessibility.
3. Select Display & Text Size.
4. Choose Color Filters.
5. Toggle the Color Filters on.
6. Select Grayscale from the list.

See how long you can do it, turn your phone back into just a phone where the apps all work the same, but you can't be sucked into hours of dead time waste by bright shiny colours..
