You're Invited to see the Carers Connection Community Scarf Unrolled!
Join us as we celebrate the incredible contribution carers make to our community and unveil the completed Carers Connection Community Scarf Project.
Created by carers, volunteers, community groups and local residents, the scarf is a powerful symbol of connection, care and community spirit. Come along and help us discover just how far this remarkable scarf stretches!
As part of the celebration, everyone who contributed to the scarf is invited to write a message of appreciation to a carer or to all carers using chalk at the Breakwater. Together, we'll create a colourful public tribute recognising the carers who make a difference in our community every day.
As a special thank you, participants who contribute a message and or knitted a square or two and come to this event will go into the draw for a lucky dip prize, with café, fuel and supermarket vouchers up for grabs!
