Divercity Waterloo Construction Updates Construction Updates (Pictures) for Divercity in Waterloo, Sydney. (Not associated with the develop These are (will be) some of the pictures I've taken.

I work just 3km from Divercity so visit it fairly regularly to check out progress. Will mainly cover Parkside, Views, and Rise progress. May also include Viking by Crown (future neighbours) pictures.

Pictures from a 13 May walk-around plus a few other pictures taken during May. 'Rise' pre-settlement inspections started 27th April. To date (31 May) have seen people out inspecting their balconies up to level 5.

The sky was blue so I thought that it was time for an update on build progress (plus some nice courtyard/pool pictures)....

The sky was blue so I thought that it was time for an update on build progress (plus some nice courtyard/pool pictures). Most of the Plaza area now open to the public - you can walk across it.

A few quick pictures - last before settlement and moving in. Plaza work progressing and gym equipment in.

Few pictures from my 22 Jan visit. No radical changes externally. Asphalt was being put down in front of the 'Views' main Bourke St entrance. The green tinting on some windows is permanent and is the architects getting 'arty' - all windows are tinted.

Pics from 19 Dec visit. Now that 'Parkside' is basically finished I'm concentrating on 'Views' and 'Rise'. More of 'Views' along Bourke St revealed plus the 'roof' has gone on 'Rise' (it's as tall as it's going to get). Last 2 pictures I've borrowed from the Becton Q4 news-letter (sent out 23 Dec).

'East Village' will be our nearest shopping centre with a Coles, Chemist, etc. - only about 400m (4-5 min walk) from Divercity. Also contains offices and 206 apartments. Back in Feb. I popped by to check on progress and also took some pictures of the model in their display centre. The shopping centre opened 22 Oct and people are living there now but still not 100% finished.
