Two years ago, I started training.
It was hard.
Some mornings, I’d lie in bed and bargain with myself not to go.
Some months, I didn’t go at all.

Meanwhile, my training buddies kept showing up. They hit 300+ classes while I fell behind.
But they never made me feel less than
Every time I walked through the door, they encouraged me to keep going.

And I did.

Last month I completed 200 classes.
200 times I chose to show up—for me.

What started as something I dreaded has become my ME time.
Time for self-care.
Time to rebuild the parts of myself I thought I had lost.

Because let’s be honest—aging as a woman is layered.
The world doesn’t exactly throw us a parade.
We lose our looks, our confidence, our hormones start doing gymnastics…
And before you know it, you’re sliding down a slope you didn’t even see coming.

But something shifted.
This year, I started going 4–5 times a week.
Not to chase a number.
But to love myself more.

Not in a perfect, polished, Instagrammable way.
In a real, raw, sweaty, this-is-my-body-and-I’m-proud-of-it way.

This journey isn’t for everyone.
But here’s what I know:
When you choose to love yourself a little more—
You create space for everything else to rise with you.
Even love ❤️

Q1 is here. Time to make a new plan!

Every quarter I write down three new goals with specific objectives.

So, one of my goals is to help more small business owners streamline their online presence.

Objective #1 launch 10 new websites in a week for therapists.
Objective #2 create 5 new content strategies to increase client engagement
Objective #3 provide marketing advisory services to help 3 small business scale their content.

Then I work backward from these goals and list 3 main objectives to achieve them.
