Thank you for being apart of IBWC LIVE and filling the room with your beautiful energy. Subconscious re - programming and un doing thought patterns is just the start of becoming the person you’re meant to be. If I didn’t meet and dive deep into hypnotherapy over the last month, I’m not sure where I would be. Feel so grateful to have you all hold space for me to share my story and hopefully inspire you to start bringing awareness to your belief system. I am so happy to be spending an arvo with you all again for our first event of the year

I’ve invited the amazing RTT and Hypnotherapist Rachel Crether to join me.
At the start of this year, I was completely disconnected from Carissa, I felt anxious and numb and didn't really know why I felt the way I did. A friend recommended I book a session with Rachel who specialises in subconscious mind programming, where she releases old beliefs from the past and taps into childhood memories through hypnosis.
This experience with Rachel was so profound, I wanted to share my story and together we will talk through the importance of upgrading your thoughts and she will record a meditation for you all to take home to kick start your re-programming.

Hello!!! So sorry for the radio silence!! I just came back to reality after a pretty transformative and emotional experience on a deserted island in the Whitsundays. A secluded, eco retreat surrounded by ocean and rain forest on the Great Barrier Reef. A true slice of heaven that’s changed me forever. More on this soon ( over at )

Beauties, it’s time to breath! I had all these plans to give you more, but I feel like we could do a healthy break from each other!!

If I’ve learnt anything from this retreat it’s that, too much stimulation, thought and distraction is the death of our souls.

I’m on a mission to continue this island life feeling I have into every day. When it comes to the Network, as you know I’m all about quality over quantity. I want to spark change on this app to break free from connecting via our phones & laptops and get myself grounded in Mother Nature to serve you better on the gram where I love to be, but in much small doses these days.

Tuning into my senses, focusing on nothing but my breath to get back to consciousness has woken me up!! I’ve found a new version of myself I can’t ignore anymore. Society, advertising, the news, celebrity gossip, climbing the cooperate ladder, wanting a fancy car, house or relationship. We are being manipulated into these glamourised things that are ingrained in us, that take us away from the present moment and have us running after the wrong things that ultimately don’t bring happiness at all!!

I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED!! I said to the beautiful girls I met on the retreat... “I’m done with the Truman Show world we live in”.

Has anyone seen that movie?? I don’t know exactly how I’m going to adjust to reality but I’m figuring it out.

It’s a labour of love and I give my absolute all to you. I’m so ready to do it all again, get stuck into ideas and ways I can truly serve. I’ve noticed.
I never want to be ‘busy’
I pick and choose work that excites me
I say no more than I say yes
The little things in life give me great pleasure
I’m conscious of my time and who I spend it with
I’m overly aware and sensitive
I crave connection and human interaction
I can be blunt, but at least you know I’m honest
But the best thing I’ve noticed so far, is how I’ve built a life I don’t regularly need to escape from. ✨✨✨
