Hey everyone! I’m helping with a research project and we’re looking for food operators (owners, chefs, or managers) to take part in a 1-hour interview at their workplace. We’ll be talking chips, fries, and all things hot potato 🥔

💰 They’ll receive $300 for their time.

We’re after people who:

Work in restaurants, pubs, cafés, fast food outlets, food truck businesses

Are based in Greater Sydney up to Bathurst

Make ingredient decisions (buy from wholesalers/distributors)

Specifically, they have chips, fries, or hot potato dishes on the menu

Very honoured to be asked to edit the Memorial Slideshow video for one of Australia's great video editors for documentary and non-fiction - Michael Patrick Chirgwin. I had the pleasure of sitting with Mike in his edit suite in Blackheath. He helped me out on several video projects and taught me a great deal.
