Sunlight is good—too much burns the dream.

In the first year, our business grows fast, like fresh broccoli in good weather 🥦.
In the second year, we need preparation and a strong background to support the future.
If we push too hard without rest, the result is like broccoli burnt by too much sun.
Too much pressure can slow our growth instead of helping it.
But with balance, planning, and patience, the third year can grow even better than the first.
Growth comes when we work smart, not when we burn ourselves.

Weekend discipline, weekday success

Sometimes weekends slow down my energy.
On weekdays I feel strong, active, and focused.
But after the weekend, it takes 2–3 days to get that same energy back.
I realised something important…
If my weekend routine stays close to my weekday routine,
my energy stays the same and life feels smoother.
Balance makes both weekdays and weekends more enjoyable.
