A photo dump of my favourite moments from day 1 of the Camino Portugués 🥰

A little info on the hike:
The Camino Portugués is one of the main pilgrimage routes that make up the Camino de Santiago, a network of ancient walking trails leading to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.

We’re walking the Coastal Route over 14 days, which follows Portugal’s Atlantic coastline before crossing into Spain and finishing at the famous cathedral in Santiago de Compostela ☺️

Am I crazy having the Tour du Mont Blanc as my first multi-day hike? Maybe but I am SO excited! 🤣

I’m going to share my experience leading up to it because I was super curious about how it all works and what it’s actually like. And then of course share the entire TMB experience. LFG 🙌🏼

The hike everyone should have on their bucket list 🤯

📍Kings Canyon Rim Walk

Kings Canyon is one of the most incredible places in Australia’s Red Centre, located in Watarrka National Park, about a 3 hour drive from Uluru 🧡

🥾 Hike details:
Length: 6km loop
Time: Allow 3–4 hours because you’ll be stopping every 5 seconds for a photo!
What to bring: Hat and sunscreen, there’s no shade and it got hot even though it was a super chilly day. Also recommend bringing snacks to sit and take in the view ☺️
