O N E W H O L E Y E A R!!!!!!
I can’t believe it’s gone that fast. Travelling and living on the boat. We took off Easter last year and arrive back home at Easter time again. Kenny managed to work while we travelled, I homeschooled Charlee and we all survived! We’ve had some amazing highlights. Lady Musgrave Island, swimming with the Manta Rays, Heron Island, swimming with the turtles. Hook Reef, insane water clarity and coral, Whitsundays were divine, Whitehaven Beach and all the stunning Bays, Butterfly and Blue Pearl were the absolute best. The scenery has been next level, wildlife, beaches, water, snorkelling, spear fishing and sailing. A brilliant adventure. Knowing how brave I have been, from someone who hated boats and the deep blue ocean, having no confidence, I have surprised myself and I’m extremely proud. This has been such an eye opening experience that I have bloody loved. Meeting people that we have become instant friends with has also been a highlight. The boatie community really is a generous, supportive and friendly bunch. Here’s to another year of knuckling down and saving more money and taking off again next year maybe…. 🤔 Maybe the South Pacific if I’m game! Did someone say Vanuatu 🇻🇺?????
