♻️For a while now, I’ve been collecting 10c recyclable containers thanks to the support of my amazing neighbours. But now, I’m aiming BIGGER! Any bottles, cans, or cartons you donate won’t just help me—they also support Whittlesea Community House (WCH)! For every container, I get 10c, and WCH receives a handling fee to fund their incredible community programs. A total win-win! 🎉

🎉 *Adventures in Scouting... and Plumbing!* 🛠️💩

As a teenage scout with big dreams of attending the World Scout Jamboree 2027 in Poland, I'm excited to share my journey with you! To help fund my trip, I’ve launched an online store featuring handmade items crafted with care (and a touch of humour).

While filming a product demo video for one of my creations, life decided to add its own twist. My dad—deep in the trenches of fixing a toilet—wrapped up his masterpiece with an enthusiastic exclamation... which, of course, my microphone *perfectly* captured. 🤦‍♂️😂

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came by and supported me at my first market stall of the year! Your kindness and encouragement mean the world to me, and every little bit helps me get closer to 26th World Scout Jamboree Polska 2027.

I’m pretty tired, but as you can see, I have a top-notch recovery buddy snoozing on my lap. 🐈💤 While penguins may be my favourite animal and have been since I was a toddler (oh, how I wish I could have a penguin waddling around), I’ll have to make do with this furry feline substitute!

🌟 Big Announcement! 🌟

As you all know, I’m working hard to fund my way to some incredible events like international jamborees and other major scouting gatherings.

A few amazing people have reached out, asking how they can support me directly. Honestly, who am I to argue? 😄 So, I’m opening up donations for those who’d like to be part of my journey.

Scouting in Australia is “youth led, adult supported”. Without the many, many volunteers that give up “just two hours a week” scouting wouldn’t happen.

🎉 Big shoutout to our incredible neighbors (and a special thanks to my parents)! 🚗 Every few weeks, we load up the car with containers and head over to Whittlesea Community House to cash in 10c per container.

The *real* heroes? The volunteers—absolute (human) sorting machines! 💪 They work so efficiently that we barely have to wait, and best of all, 6.9c from every container goes directly to support WCH's fantastic programs, like the Whittlesea Food Pantry. 🍎

It’s amazing to see how a small effort can make such a big impact.
