Fare Thee Well’ Show.
Today’s Bubble will be the last to blast out of TribeFM91.1 or live stream on tribefm.org.au
Since my mum died in late March, and I will no longer be travelling down to McLaren Vale from my home in Mullumbimby NSW to stay with her, my life is becoming more centred on Mullumbimby in Byron Shire.
So today I bid you fare well with a terrifying story about a snake and my little dog Trixie and lots of favourite tunes. We’ll also have a ‘Monies Melodies’ session as my broadcasting on TribeFM was due to visiting her, and she just loved hearing the songs she selected each week.
Thanks for listening to TribeFM and The Bubble over the last for 7 years.

On The Bubble today is a very timely and important interview with Nurse, Academic and co-Convenor of The SA Abortion Action Coalition Brigid Coombe about abortion availability in SA. Abortion is legal all over Australia but recently in SA parliament a member introduced an amendment to the Act to make abortion more difficult to obtain. His amendment was narrowly defeated but this follows trends in USA where women’s right to choice about their bodies regarding abortion has suffered a conservative backwards step.
In the second hour of the show you’ll hear a news story about Baby food in supermarkets being considered not to meet the nutritional standards of the World Health Organization.
There’s plenty of new releases and older favourites too.
I hope you can tune into TribeFM 91.1 from 2-4pm Mondays to hear The Bubble

On The Bubble today it's a real magazine program with 3 different news stories. One is about a film to be shown this coming Wednesday at The Capri. That film delves into the backstory of the violence that is occurring today in the Middle East. The documentary film maker will be in attendance for a Q & A session following the showing of “The Last Sky”.
A second story is about the federal Government gin a National Fi****ms Register so police know in real time who has guns when they might attend an event . It is surmised that if police would have known about the guns owned by the 3 people in the farmhouse in Qld where police and neighbors were shot, then they would have carried out a very different operation.
Our last story is about Dementia sufferers and their carers belonging to a Choir in Canberra and what joy that brings them all.
We’’have some new releases and some nostalgic tracks and a 3 set from 91 year old Willie Nelson who has just released a new album

On The Bubble today we look at Drug Overdose Awareness Day and drug taking in Australia. In no way is The Bubble or TribeFM promoting drug use. We’ll hear about a report regarding the changing landscape of drug taking in Australia and also from the CEO of Penington Institute that works to de-stigmatise overdose deaths and help community members effected by grief and loss of a loved one come to terms with this as well as lobby governments to enact fact-based policy for drug overdose prevention.
There’s heaps of songs about drugs as well as by artists who have died from unintentional drug overdose, so we’ll hear for a few of ‘Club 27’, and other songs about a particular illicit drug.
