If you have been waiting for the release of season two, it is with regret that I announce the podcast will be put on hold for the foreseeable future.

The lack of commitment and interest in being interviewed has made this next season an impossibility to produce.

For those businesses who have sat through a recording with the intention of being featured on season two - I will make direct contact with you in May - with your episodes produced but shared in a different way (to be discussed).

Thank you to all who have been involved in this journey. Remember, when opportunity knocks, you need to take that next step to answer the door.

Well, it's been a while (for a few reasons).

Firstly, thank you to everyone who continues to listen to the podcast. I am proud to be sharing the stories of our local businesses, as featured in Season One.

There are certainly many more local business stories to be shared globally from our beautiful region. The release of Season Two has been delayed due to those interested in being interviewed, not replying.

If you know me, you know transparency is high on my list. This podcast is completely self funded, and I'd like to extend the opportunity to 7 Business Wodonga members committed to getting their story shared.

It started as an opportunity for me to reflect on what I have achieved through my business. Last night at the Albury Wodonga Business Awards, Maestro Media was announced a 2024 Finalist in the category of Outstanding New Business.

I will admit that it has taken me a good 24 hours to reflect on what this means for me, and my clients. The intention was to apply, and I felt proud when I reviewed my business results knowing the positive impact I am creating on a daily basis. To be announced as a Finalist is something special, because my business focus is to promote the strengths of my clients... and to see my business mentioned in The Border Mail today, this is a testament to how I have pushed through challenges aplenty to pursue my professional goals.

My heartfelt thanks to all involved for supporting this initiative that promotes a positive business community spirit. I am now looking forward to the Gala Dinner held on Friday 23 August. Big thanks also to everyone who has reached out to me since being announced as a Finalist. If you know me well, you would understand why this mention means so much to me.
