New pod dropped today.
Episode: Balancing It All with Jude Channon

In this episode, host Coach Chris (coach with the GPC Squad and head of GPC Ballarat), sits down with Ironman 70.3 athlete Jude Channon. Jude is a powerhouse: mum of three teenagers, wife, full-time worker, PhD student, and committed triathlete. Her story is a must-listen for anyone who’s ever wondered how to juggle life, work, family, and triathlon and still show up ready to race.
Whether you’re training for your first long course or your tenth, this conversation is packed with inspiration, practical insight, and a reminder that you don’t have to be a pro to be extraordinary.

We are back!
First up we have Dr Kerryn Chatham. Not afraid of a challenge, we could have spoken to her about her work with MSF in 3rd-world countries or the challenges faced by those living in remote NT settlements (fyi- some of those stories would make your toes curl 😳), instead, the focus for this ep. is her undertaking of the Kokoda track last year.
It took a bit to pin her down for this chat, even with the family connection, she’s not one to boast about her accomplishments, so it’s up to her big brother to do it instead 😉
Series 3, episode 1 available tomorrow.

It’s been a while…not intended but that’s the way things work out. We are in a bit of a hiatus, we’ve been busy doing all things triathlon and life has kept us away from the podcast mic.

An exciting update though…Sophie (season 2, ep 4) is currently dancing in Canada and has impressed so much that when she returns home next week, she’s only in the country for about a month before she returns to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School () after being offered a placement. So excited for you Soph, it’s reward for very hard effort.

Go back and have a listen, and we think a follow up episode with Soph is very much needed.

Season 3 is coming, soon….ish

New episode available. The last one for the year (and season 2)
We had an inspiring chat to Jim about a recent trip riding from Rome to London. If you have been tempted to give multi-day riding a go, this might tip you over the edge!

The Aussie Age Grouper will return in 2024 - if you want to be on it, or know someone who you think I should talk to, comment below / tag them / send me a DM.
