Up late last night, my head was spinning — so I jumped on the decks to clear it.
This one’s full of Funky, Groovy, Jackin House vibes — mixed with long transitions, effects, and just playing from the heart.
Some blends worked, some didn’t — but it felt good. That’s what music’s for. As an amputee I've struggled with mental health and music has been my medicine, I play to lift others up as well as myself.

This Saturday!
I’ll be playing at the Waterfront Tavern this Saturday, 7th June 2025, from 9pm till late. I’ll be debuting Dario Caminita's Classic Revibes Vol 12 live for the first time! I’m currently in the studio preparing the mix, and I can’t wait to share this new collection with you all.

Young DJ is KILLING It!

Check out this little legend—DJ Smilee—who’s been having DJ lessons with me for just under a year and is already absolutely smashing it on the decks! He started at 9 and just turned 10 years old and already crushing advanced beatmatching and transitions on my CDJ 3000 and A9 mixer!
It’s been such a blast watching him grow and put in the work. His first recorded set is up on my Mixcloud under DJ Smilee, and trust me, you won’t want to miss it!
So proud of this kid and can’t wait to see where he goes from here! Let’s go DJ Smilee!

Excited for a Busy DJ Weekend!

Busy weekend coming up, and I couldn’t be more excited!
Friday night (9pm): I’ll be DJing at the Waterfront Tavern, bringing the energy to get the weekend started right!

Saturday night: After wrapping up at the Waterfront, I’ll be driving straight to Jervis Bay to DJ a special 70th Birthday celebration in Huskisson Saturday!

One of the best parts about being a DJ is how it takes me to different places and meet so many amazing people. I’m so grateful for the opportunities to share great music and create memorable moments for others!

This mix was created for Nikki Carvell’s 50th — a night full of colour, great people, and unreal vibes.
Nikki transformed the space into what felt like a private VIP club, complete with an epic cocktail bar. I rarely drink (I mean, I’m permanently legless — so who needs alcohol?), but that fresh juice mocktail was next level!

Nikki told me she loved artists like Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Duran Duran, Madonna, and Michael Jackson — so I built a retro-inspired set with a 90s twist, added some surprise remixes, cheeky mashups, reworks, and plenty of BASS to keep things moving.

We had an amazing DJ crew on the night: summerskyedj, laraluv_dj1, blakejdjd, and nikki.carvell.music herself — and every one of them brought their A-game. I didn’t get to play my full set, so I recreated it in the studio.

It’s not polished, but it’s raw, fun, and full of energy — just like the party. Nikki, thanks for having me and always supporting what I do. You’re a legend and an inspiration behind the decks.
