No, you don’t have to dance 💃

No, you don’t have to spend 2 hours perfecting a lip-synch 🤫

Your Reels should be what works for you and your business.

Don’t force it if it’s not right for you (that’s why I’ll never, ever subject you to me dancing 😆)

My best tip for you if you’re stuck for content ideas?

Find a sound (like this one) and turn it into an interesting, relevant video for your target audience 🫡

There’s literally 1000s of sounds that you can use to share your expert knowledge, educate your audience, share something from behind the scenes and soooo much more.

(PS how good is my lip synching, this was take 5 😂)

Instagram Edits is here 👏

First thoughts:
🥪 layout is slick
🥪 navigation is nice and smooth
🥪 heaps more editing options, love the captions/subtitle options 🫡
👎 bit laggy when doing the edits (to be expected it’s a day old)
👎 took ages to export and share (but do love you can share straight to insta, no downloading to camera roll and reloading 🫶

How often do you use Insta with sound on? 🔇

Probably not that often!

That’s why you need to subtitle your Reels, and even Stories, so anyone watching with no sound can still see what’s going on 👀

To do this, tap on the Sticker Icon where you edit your Reel 👉 Captions.

Insta is pretty good at picking up your voice with no typos, but if you need to make changes just tap on the text to update 🤏

Oh, and before you ask - I cheated and used CapCut for the subtitles on this Reel, I think they look nicer than Instagram’s 🙏
