📸 Олександр Глядєлов — український майстер документальної чорно-білої фотографії. З початку 80-х і до сьогодні він створює неповторний літопис нашого часу. Знімаючи войни в Придністров’ї, Чечні, Азербайджані, документуючи з 2014 року російсько-українську війну, Олександр був упевнений — повномасштабний напад росії на Україну невідворотній.
Оповідачами стрічки є фотографії Глядєлова та люди, що зображені на них. «Глядєлов» — фільм-спостереження, фільм-підглядання. Мандруючи разом з фотографом від Києва і Бучі до Харкова, Одеси та Іловайська, від 1990-х до 2022, від безпритульних вуличних дітей до страшних воєн, розв’язаних росією, глядач стає співрозмовником героїв фільму. І разом із Олександром Глядєловим проходить шлях від невідворотності подій сьогодення до впевненості у перемозі добра.
📸 Oleksandr Glyadyelov is a Ukrainian master of documentary black and white photography. Since the early 1980s until today, he has been creating a unique chronicle of our time. While photographing wars in Transnistria, Chechnya, Azerbaijan, and documenting the Russian-Ukrainian war since 2014, Oleksandr was convinced that a full-scale Russian attack on Ukraine was inevitable.
The narrators of the film are Glyadyelov's photographs and the people depicted in them. "Glyadyelov" is a film of observation, a film of voyeurism. Traveling with the photographer from Kyiv and Bucha to Kharkiv, Odesa, and Ilovaisk, from the 1990s to 2022, from homeless street children to the terrifying wars unleashed by Russia, the viewer becomes a conversationalist with the film's heroes. And together with Oleksandr Glyadyelov, they traverse the path from the inevitability of current events to confidence in the triumph of good.
