I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself 👋 because tbh my journey has evolved in ways I could never have imagined.

So They call me the Gypsy - the intuitive, a vibe - Shaybay SB or just Shay 😜

I’ve spent the last few years on a deep healing journey, recovering from chronic PTSD and reclaiming my health, confidence, and true self.
And it’s been epic!

Not going to sugar coat it- Water has been a game-changer in my healing—it’s been paramount to where I stand today, feeling more aligned and energized than ever before. 🌊💫
It’s really the last part of the puzzle I was missing!

I come from a diverse background—I’ve been a nurse for nearly 15 years, worked as a manager, among other roles and have even ran a bricks-and-mortar business- a few in my time.
I honestly just put I’ve foot in front of the other - particularly after my divorce. And did my best. Not enough to reach dreams but enough.

Now - I’ve experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, including losing a significant amount of money running a coffee van.
But Those experiences have shaped me, strengthened me, and prepared me for this next chapter of my life.
We never lose only learn.

So Today, I stand more confident than ever in my business and my purpose.
I’m so so committed to helping others not only find financial freedom but also live an authentic life that truly reflects who they are. Let me show you how!

I believe we all deserve to break free from societal expectations and live the life we are meant to live—

Take a Deep breath Babe

In through the nose - hold
and release out through the mouth - ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I knew at some point there would be people hurting that needed to reach out - I knew it - I understood the mission when I signed the agreement.

Now I’m not a doctor of medicine 💊 but I can tell you we humans are our own doctors-
our conscious mind and sub concious minds - are the creator and executioner of our will.

I’d like to share a book that taught me alot of healing techniques, and I implement a lot of the suggested practices into my daily life -

and once you read it you’ll understand the fundamentals of healing via your thoughts and actions.

I recommended this book - but as source is referred to as God within its pages - some may not resonate. I understand- but limiting beliefs and all….

So try and Read with an open mind - with a view to healing yourself. Understand the power of your mind and the limitations you impinge upon yourself by limiting beliefs.
