Christmas Carols 🎄🎶

Nanango Theatre and the South Burnett Council proudly present Christmas Carols at Ringfield House Thursday 18th December starting 7pm. Free community event with free sausage sizzle and free ice blocks and lollies for the children. There will be stalls to purchase food, drinks, coffee and last minute Christmas gifts. Other activities.

🌟 Young people shaped the Toowoomba Region Youth Strategy 2025 - 2030.

This five-year plan was created through extensive consultation in 2023 with young people aged 12 to 24, families, and organisations that support them.

🧩 What this means:
• The Strategy reflects what young people said matters most - things like belonging, wellbeing, safety, identity, and having spaces and opportunities to grow.
• It recognises the diversity across the Toowoomba Region, including young people from rural communities, different cultural backgrounds, and different life experiences.
• It ensures youth voices guide Council’s approach to supporting, engaging, and celebrating young people across the region.

This isn’t a top-down plan - it’s youth-informed, community-informed, and future-focused.
