requirements:
- bring your own rack/box etc
- $30 cash for your spot paid by the 1st of October
- be in charge of your area and clothes

The 2025 Walk for Wellbeing t-shirts have arrived! 👕✨

We’ll have them ready for collection at the Livingstone Shire Health & Wellness Expo this Saturday 13th September between 9am - 12pm at Beaman Park.

We are stall 22, which is in the Normanby Street section of the expo.

We’re thrilled to announce that Take a Breath has officially moved into a brand-new commercial premises — a dedicated space built for growth, support, and collaboration!

🌟 Introducing Our Community Hub
A welcoming, inclusive environment designed to empower individuals and families across all aspects of disability support.

🤝 We’re excited to be joined by two Psychologists and an Occupational Therapist, all working within our facility to provide holistic, person-centred care.

🧡 What We Offer:
• Support Coordination
• Social & Community Participation
• Assistance with Daily Life
• Supported Independent Living (SIL)
• Short Term Accommodation – Respite
• Transport
• Allied Health Collaboration & More!
