The Annual General Meeting of the financial members for York Community Radio Inc will be held at 6pm on Thursday 3 September 2026 at the York Community Resource Centre, 89 Avon Terrace, York WA 6302.

In accordance with the Constitution, the positions of Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer together with 4 ordinary members of the Committee will be declared vacant.

As part of this Annual General Meeting the following resolution VOTA Constitution Amendments will be proposed as a special resolution. The proposed changes for this can be obtained by contacting [email protected]. The purpose of these minor changes is to update our membership form and offer consistency throughout the document for clarity.

Please note that only financial members are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you are not yet a financial member for 2026-2027, please complete the membership application appropriate to your desired membership found on our website https://voiceoftheavon.org.au/
