- First time trying and it did not disappoint! I’ve been aware of fasting mimicking diets for some time, and I just took a bit of time warming up to the idea. Finally decided to give it a try, and it was a much needed reset for my body.
It felt nice to give my digestive system a break and only consume a minimal amount of highly nutritious food. Even though I didn’t consume much over the 5 days, I never really experienced any hunger pains or stomach aches, which made this much easier than I thought it would be!
