Haze is an atmospheric phenomenon, turbidity of the air in the form of a grayish, whitish or yellowish veil due to the accumulation in the air of a large number of small or solid particles of dust or smoke. The range of visibility in the fog ranges from 1 to 9 km, and sometimes it can decrease to several hundred or even tens of meters (as a result of forest and steppe fires, and in deserts — as a result of a strong dust storm).
