Miniboss Business School in Azerbaijan plans to implement new approaches to business education, Miniboss Business School Director Alina Khalafova told journalists, Report informs.

According to her, the main goal is to reach more children and families, providing them with access to educational methods in a broader format.

She noted that the Miniboss program is designed to last eight years: at the end of each academic year, students complete project work and receive certificates, and upon completion of the full course, they receive a diploma.

It is also emphasized that the program is a supplementary education to the general education curriculum and is aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and a business mindset in children.

The National Startup Championship for children and teenagers aged 6 to 17 presented projects vying to represent Azerbaijan at the upcoming Startup World Cup Championship in Davos, Switzerland, Narmina Hasanova, founder of the Miniboss Business School, said at the championship, Report informs.

According to her, 20 projects selected at the April business forum were successfully implemented in just two months with the support of sponsors and investors. The teams not only developed their ideas into finished products but also achieved their first sales, she added.

Hasanova placed special emphasis on the themes of the projects: "For the first time, 40% of the projects reflect our national heritage and cultural values. All the ideas were the children's own initiatives, and their choice was largely influenced by the prestige of the international events held in Azerbaijan."

She also emphasized that the best startups will participate in the world championship in Davos, where they will have the opportunity to demonstrate the innovative potential of Azerbaijani youth on the international stage.

3rd meeting of heads of OTS competition authorities, Competition Forum underway in Azerbaijan's Shusha

The 3rd Meeting of the Heads of Competition Authorities of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and the Competition Forum are taking place in Azerbaijan's Shusha.

According to a Report correspondent from Shusha, the forum will discuss the development of competition policy and strengthening regional cooperation in this area.

Elnur Baghirov, chairman of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Agency, Samad Bashirli, deputy minister of economy, and Merey Mukazhan, deputy secretary general of the OTS, will speak at the opening ceremony.

❗️💬The text of a possible agreement with the United States on resolving the conflict is currently under review by Iranian authorities, and it is still too early to discuss the timing or location of a potential signing, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said.

Report quotes him as saying the process is in its final approval stage at the highest levels and by relevant agencies.

❗️✈️ Aircraft operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), performing flights J2-285 and J2-291 on the Baku–Nakhchivan route, were forced to return to Baku due to severe weather conditions, including thunderstorms and hail in the region.

According to Report, both aircraft successfully landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport at 21:27 and 21:32 respectively.

According to AZAL's press service, adverse weather conditions are expected to continue, and passengers will be informed about possible schedule changes. Flights will resume normal operations once the weather stabilizes.

The airline noted that unstable weather conditions in Nakhchivan in recent days have disrupted the planned Baku–Nakhchivan–Baku flight schedule.
