🇺🇦🇨🇦 Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney signed a 100-year partnership to improve the two countries' cooperation in the fields of defense, energy, technology, and trade, APA reports.

"Together, we will build the capabilities our militaries need, create good jobs at home, support Ukraine on the battlefield, and strengthen the sovereignty of both our nations," Carney said, while Zelenskyy thanked the Canada, noting that Ukraine needs "strong friends."

❗🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia will continue strikes against commercial vessels used to transport weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Black Sea, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.

“Pandora’s box is open: Russia will continue strikes on commercial vessels carrying supplies for the Ukrainian army. These strikes have been carried out in response to the Kyiv regime’s attacks on civilian targets in Russia,” the Russian president’s spokesman stressed.

‼ Two Azerbaijani citizens have been killed and two others injured after a foreign cargo ship was hit by drone attacks in the Black Sea, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said, APA reports.

The foreign cargo vessel, named TEDY, was attacked on 9 September. Azerbaijani citizens were among its crew.

Aslan Aliyev and Asim Gasimov were killed in the attack, while Imran Novruzov and Rauf Aliyev were injured, according to information received by the ministry.

The injured crew members have been taken to a hospital in Chornomorsk, Ukraine, for treatment.
